Design-build & pre-construction
Bring a napkin sketch or a full set of plans. We price it honestly up front, flag what will bust the budget, and adjust before a shovel moves.

Small offices, retail suites, shops, and tenant build-outs. We work around your opening date and keep the site clean enough to show clients.
Additions & major remodels
Room additions, second stories, kitchen and bath gut jobs. Structural work included, dust and disruption kept to what the job actually needs.
Barndominiums & shops
Metal buildings finished out to live in or work in. Slab, framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes under one contract.
Construction management
Already own the land and the plans? We can run the build for a fee, handling scheduling, subs, and inspections while you keep the contracts.

Consultation
We walk the property with you, talk through what you want and what you can spend, and tell you straight if the two don't line up yet.
Estimate & schedule
You get a line-item budget, an allowance sheet for selections, and a realistic build calendar. Then we go over it together, line by line.
Build
Permits pulled, crews scheduled, inspections handled. You get a written update with photos every week and a number you can call any day.
Walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished job with you, work the punch list until you sign off, and back the workmanship in writing for a full year.
